What this website is

This site exists to tell you where we are, when we are open and what is happening at the shop. It is an information site. You cannot buy anything here, there is no checkout, and we never ask you for payment details.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

The only official site

thecardtellounge.com is the only website operated by Cardtel Lounge LLC. We sell in store only and we do not ship. We are not affiliated with, and take no responsibility for, any other website, online shop or social media account that trades under our name, logo or address. We cannot access their orders and we cannot resolve their refunds, deliveries or disputes.

If you are unsure whether you are dealing with us, call the shop on 908-216-9588 or message @cardtel_lounge before you pay anyone.

Accuracy

We keep opening hours, event times and stock information as current as we can, but they change. Events can move or be cancelled at short notice and stock sells. Nothing on this site is an offer or a guarantee that a particular item is available. Please call ahead if you are making a special trip.

Prices, condition and availability are always as stated in the shop at the time of sale.

Our content

The text, layout, photographs and the Cardtel Lounge name and logo belong to Cardtel Lounge LLC. You may link to the site and share it freely. Please do not copy the site, reuse our branding, or present our content as your own.

Product names and game logos referred to on this site belong to their respective owners. We mention them to describe what we stock. No sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation is implied.

Links to other sites

We link to a small number of outside services, such as Google Maps and Instagram, for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on information published here, including a wasted journey, a missed event or an item that is no longer in stock.
